How much does a website cost?
The price of a website can vary depending on how big the site is, how many pages and what functionality is required. We offer a range of set packages for a fixed price, please see our prices HERE or CONTACT US for a custom quotation.
Will my website be mobile responsive?
As standard all websites that Red Alpha Design build are completely mobile and tablet responsive.
Where will my website be hosted?
Red Alpha Design offer secure, super fast web hosting for all websites that we build, with prices starting at £15 per month for shared hosting.
What type of websites can you create?
We can build you anything from a simple One Page Website, which is ideal for small businesses and start-ups, through to an all singing and dancing e-commerce stores. No job is too big or too small for Red Alpha Design.
Do you offer payment plans?
We usually invoice 50% deposit for all website design projects, with the balance due upon completion. We can however offer 6, 12 or 24 month Payment Plans. The payment plan option also includes domain name, hosting, SSL and our basic monthly Maintenance Package.
Do we need to provide anything to you?
We can create you a fantastic looking website, but for us to be able to do that we need as much information and content about your business as you can provide us. If you are struggling with this we can offer copywriting services and stock images at an additional cost.
What happens if my website breaks?
We offer monthly Maintenance Packages to all of our clients, starting at just £50 per month, so should anything go wrong just we are just a phone call, or an email away! For Clients who opt out of a maintenance package, we can still assist you, our standard hourly rates apply.
Can I make changes to my website myself?
Yes, once we have built your website we can offer you Training on how to make simple wording or images changes as well as adding blogs. For e-commerce sites, as standard we will train you in how to add products and manage your store.
Do you offer logo design?
Yes, we have a graphic design partner that can create anything from just a logo, to a full branding guide for your business. We offer full Branding Packages which includes all company branding and logo design as well as one of our package websites.
