Why sign up to a pay-monthly website?

As well as a having a brand new, responsive website, if you decide to sign up to our pay-monthly plans you will also benefit from these great additions for the term of your plan:

*Domain names are subject to availability (does not include purchase of premium domains from resellers – these will be recharged at cost).

For all our pay monthly websites, Red Alpha Design will be responsible for general maintenance of your website, which includes domain name (if applicable), hosting package, SSL certificate (if applicable), updates and backups until such time when your build plan has expired and you have advised us that you no longer want the website maintained by Red Alpha Design.

For all pay monthly websites, Red Alpha Design will own the website until the full term of payments has been completed.  Should you wish to end the plan early simply contact us and we can provide you with a settlement figure. Once your initial plan has ended you can continue to pay your monthy payment to us and we will continue hosting and maintaining  your website within the plan that we have agreed to, or if you wish to leave at this point you can do so by giving us 30 days notice, at which point you will be responsible for your own hosting, domain and maintenace.

Payment terms for pay monthly websites – First due when the build commences, then the remaining monthly payments will be collected monthly, for the remainder of the term on the same date every monthly as the first payment date. The first payment will be payable upon invoice and to be paid by bank transfer, the remaining monthly payments will be collected monthly by direct debit by our payment partner, GoCardless. If you opt for any additional extras, these will be billed upon your initial invoice.

eCommerce packages are available upon quotation.

Our standard practice is for customers to provide their own content which they would like on their site, this includes text/copy, images and any other types of media that you require. We can however provide copywriting services and stock images for your website at a cost of £175 per webpage of copy (up to 1000 words) and £15 per stock image.

All packages include standard .co.uk or .com domain, hosting, SSL and 30mins monthly maintenance for the term of the payment plan, or until cancelled.

If you wish to opt out of the monthy payment plan once your term has encded, you will be liable for £15/m for hosting and SSL plus your yearly domain renewal, unless you wish to arrange your own. Please note after this period you will not have any website updates or backups included and any ad-hoc work is priced at £47.50 per hour.

Cancellation fees are applicable if you wish to end your website agreement before the end of your agreed terms. After your terms have ended there is a 30 day notice period should you wish to opt out, this also applys to any of our maintenance packages or hosting agreements.

If you do choose to opt out you will be responsible for organising your own hosting, domain, SSL certificate, updates and backups and all associated costs, as well as the migration of your current site and data.

If for whatever reason funds are not received within the time due, or you cancel your direct debit we reserve the right to suspend your website until funds have been received in full.
